Glamping tents
There are 7 permanent 9m x 3.6m canvas tents up on timber platforms with queen size beds, simple furniture, and an ensuite. bathrooms and wonderful views from the balconies out over the Tweed Valley. Glamping tents also have mains power. The glamping tents are strictly for couples; definitely no young children are allowed, as they are not safe for young children to stay in, as they are quite high and have minimal protection against climbing kids. They are halfway up a steep sealed road, so they are only for the reasonably fit and sober.
If you have packed for 2 weeks rather than 2 days, you can take your vehicle up the hill to drop off your gear, but then you need to bring your vehicle back down to the Lodge Carpark.
